Aim of the foundation is to provide financial assistance to the students coming from needy families, who have obtainedgood ranks in competitive examinations and have secured admission in recognised and prestigious institutions across India.

Foundation was started by Mr. Pradipbhai Sojitra, Proudly known as "PP" in entire Amreli district on his 62nd birthday i.e. 29th September 2023

He initiated the foundation with a generous donation of 1 Caror rupees. He intended to provide scholarships to Brilliant and needy students from the interest earned from principal amount.

Lats on, his friends and well wishers have decided to increase the scope of the foundation by augmenting of fund. For this purpose many of his friends are coming forward and declaring there donations.

To get financial assistance students and their guardians have to apply in prescribed form with necessary documents.
